RETURNS

We have a no fuss returns policy. This means that if, after receiving your item, you don't want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us for a refund or an exchange.

All we ask is that you return it within one month, in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached. You can use any service you like, at your cost.

To return your item, simply follow the instructions on the returns form that is included in the parcel. If you no longer have the form then email us, making sure to quote your order id number, and we will email a form to you.

For orders delivered outside the UK, any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge. This does not apply if the item you are returning is faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

Returns must be clearly labelled as Returned Goods and specified as such on any customs declarations to prevent import duty, VAT and administration charges being mistakenly applied to your shipment. Caine Ltd will decline any shipment with outstanding customs charges and your parcel will be returned to you. To avoid this happening we recommend that you do not use Fedex to return your item.

Refunds will be processed within a week of the day we receive the item from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
