RETURNS

Christmas gifts - We know that many of you like to buy your Christmas presents nice and early. For that reason we have extended our returns period so that you can buy now and return the item up until the 10th January 2021 if it is unsuitable for any reason.

You can request either a refund or an exchange.

For UK customers this is free via our courier, DPD.

All we ask is that you return it in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached.

To return your item from the UK simply follow the instructions on the returns form and free DPD label that are included in the parcel. If you no longer have the form then email us, making sure to quote your order id number, and we will email a form to you.

Then take your parcel along to your local DPD drop-off shop. There is no cost but hang onto the receipt the shop give you so that you can track your parcel.

For orders delivered outside the UK, any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge. This does not apply if the item you are returning is faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

Returns must be clearly labelled as Returned Goods and specified as such on any customs declarations to prevent import duty, VAT and administration charges being mistakenly applied to your shipment. Caine Ltd will decline any shipment with outstanding customs charges and your parcel will be returned to you. To avoid this happening we recommend that you do not use Fedex to return your item.

Refunds will be processed within a week of the day we receive the item from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
