We have a no quibble returns policy, which means you can return your item to us for any reason. You can request either a refund or an exchange. All we ask is that you return your item in the same condition that we sent it, unworn and with all the original tags attached, within one month of receipt.

For UK customers this is free via our courier, Parcelforce.

To return your item from the UK simply follow the instructions on the returns form and free Parcelforce label that are included in the parcel. If you no longer either of these then email us, making sure to quote your order id number, and we will email a form or Parcelforce label to you.

Then take your parcel along to your local Post Office. There is no cost but hang onto the receipt the shop give you so that you can track your parcel.

For orders delivered outside the UK, the cost of returning the item is yours and any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge. This does not apply if the item you are returning is faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to an additional payment of the original delivery charge.

Returns from outside the UK must be clearly labelled as Returned Goods and specified as such on any customs declarations to prevent import duty, VAT and administration charges being mistakenly applied to your shipment. Caine Ltd will decline any shipment with outstanding customs charges and your parcel will be returned to you.

To avoid this happening we recommend that you do not use Fedex to return your item. In most cases your domestic national postal service will be the quickest and most cost effective option.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within a week of the day we receive the item from you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
