We accept orders from all over the world. To see if we deliver to your country simply click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page. If your country is listed then select it and all prices will be displayed in your local currency based on current average exchange rates. In addition delivery charges and any taxes imposed by the United Kingdom Government will also be automatically calculated. You may however still be liable for additional import duty imposed by your country's customs service.
Please note that we charge in GB Pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. The actual amount you pay will be determined by the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency into GB Pounds.
Parcelforce are our couriers for UK orders. Let us know your mobile number when you place your order and they will text your expected delivery time to within the hour. If that time doesn't suit then it's quick and easy to respond and arrange either a different delivery date, to drop your parcel off with a neighbour or even leave in a safe place.
International orders will be sent to you by DHL or other tracked courier service. All items will be dispatched on the working day (Monday to Friday) following our receipt of your order.
Delivery Charges are:
UK - FREE taking around two to three working days.
EUROPE - £25.00 per order (£35 for heavy or bulky items), taking around five working days.
OUTSIDE EUROPE - £30.00 per order (£55 for heavy or bulky items), taking approximately ten working days.
